Terms of Service

Rockrimmon Foursomes is a members-only companion app for a private country club. Access is by admin approval only. You must be at least 18 and an eligible member (or guest) of the club to use it.

You're responsible for your account and anything that happens under it. Don't share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately so we can help.

The app helps you coordinate rounds and surface suggested match-ups. The scorecards, match-play results, and point outcomes it computes are based on scores members enter. If two members disagree on a score or an outcome, the app doesn't decide — the members do, or the pro shop / admin does. We record the app's computation but won't adjudicate disputes.

Don't:

• Falsify scorecards or misrepresent other members' results.
• Use the app to harass, dox, or defame.
• Attempt to circumvent admin approvals or tamper with other members' data.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform for a competing product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available and the match-play math correct, but we provide the service “as is” without warranty. Outages happen. Scores can be mis-entered. We're a small operation, not a bank or a bookmaker.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither we (Lloyd Braun d/b/a Rockrimmon Foursomes) nor the club is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and notify active members by email at least 14 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes go to a court in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
